The World is moving fast towards an inclusive environment, where no humans can be denied of any services, privileges and benefits due to any discriminant reasons of location, disability, language, creed, and economy. This conference gives ultimate focus on ICT technologies that are used to accommodate all such differences in humans and to treat them as same by means of technology so that humans can be more united than ever before to accomplish tasks that challenge their existence on the planet and space. The Inclusiveness consists of intelligent systems that can adjust themselves to understand and act according to the diversified user interactions by heterogeneous inputs and devices. The conference will also focus on cyber physical systems that are capable of identifying the differences between humans and machines in all respect and to adjust themselves to restrict the machines under the human intelligence and capacity on critical environments.
